Frequently asked questions
Is Founder's Lifetime really lifetime?
Yes — for as long as the service operates. New exchanges and features are automatically included. One account per buyer, non-transferable. In the unlikely event of service shutdown, remaining value is refunded per Korean E-Commerce Act.
Why only 150? Will you sell more later?
The 150 cap is for launch impact and early feedback. We won't resell the same package at the same price. Future seasonal or expanded packages (e.g. with AI add-ons) may be offered separately.
Can I subscribe to Pro right now?
Yes. You can pay for and use Monthly ($19) or Yearly ($190) right now. This is beta-period pricing and may change after the public launch (2026-08-31).
How long is Basic free?
Free during the beta period until launch (2026-08-31). After launch, Basic transitions to a paid plan. Beta sign-ups get early-perks (transition grace period, first-payment discount, etc.).
How do refunds work?
Pro monthly: within 7 days + 0 alerts = full refund (Korean E-Commerce Act §17). After alerts are delivered, prorated refund only. Lifetime: 7-day withdrawal + 30-Day Service Guarantee (full refund if a Company-fault event occurs — uptime under 95%, 7+ days of missed alerts, etc.). See /refund-policy for the full terms.
Do I get new exchanges automatically?
Yes. Pro and Lifetime include new exchanges as they come online — no extra charge.
What payment methods are supported?
